How do I return an item?
We want all of our customers to be happy with their purchases, but we understand that sometimes buying online can lead to a return. We, as a small company, want to make the return process as easy as possible for you to the best of our abilities.
Please be aware that NO RETURN WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT FIRST CONTACTING us at firstname.lastname@example.org We will always do our best answer as quickly as possible (within 1-2 business days). You will be given an RA# (return authorization number) that will need to be included with your return. Any package arriving without an RA# on the outside will be refused and sent back at buyers expense.
We accept returns for a full refund or exchange on FULL PRICED ITEMS ONLY within 14 calendar days after we process and ship the product, after 14 days no refund will be issued. Please do not attempt to return any sale merchandise: as all sale items are final sale. Any sale items returned to us will be refused and sent back at customer's expense. All non-vintage items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition". Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is “without showing signs of wear or damage in any way."
If you receive an item that is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Support (email@example.com) immediately.
All vintage items are final sale.
Currently we are unable to cover the cost of all return shipping but generally if mailed by the post office the rate is very reasonable. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items during return shipping. We suggest you use an insured shipping method that can be tracked.

Any full priced items are able to be exchanged ONLY when purchased with code—sorry no refunds. All Sale items purchased with a code are final sale.
All International Sales are for exchange only and all shipping costs are paid for by customer.
All items purchased as a PRE-SALE are only able to be exchanged only. Cameo Nouveau is not responsible for production delays of the vendor but will make you aware of any such delays.
All in all we do our best as a small company to work on returns, refunds, and exchanges because we understand you have many options when it comes to shopping online and we would like for you to continue to shop with us.
